Log an Incident

For Laptops:
Look under your laptop or battery. Example S/N:1AB23456

For Desktops:
On top or on the side of your case tower. Example S/N:1AB23456

For Tablets:
At the back of the tablet (example S/N: 1AB23456) or go to Settings > About device > Status

For Tablets:
At the back of the tablet (example IMEI: 32654889995525) or go to Settings > About device > Status, or dial *#06# on your device.
